Processing Time

Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates from carrier hand-off and are not guaranteed. Delays from the carrier, weather, or customs (for international orders) are outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. [Note: if you'll ship to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, or other US territories, confirm your carrier supports it.]

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BeautyLabUS is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery. If this happens, please file a claim with the carrier; we're happy to assist where we can.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us right away and we'll try to help before it ships.
